All support is structured, scheduled, and limited to ensure sustainability and high-quality care.

We offer three levels of support to align with the needs of your family:

Essential Support

For parents who seek steady guidance and accountability between sessions

$100/week includes:

√ One scheduled phone call per week (up to 20 minutes)

√ One text or email support conversation per week

√ Responses within 24 business hours

Best for families seeking consistent support during mild to moderate stress

Enhanced Support

For families navigating increased challenges or transitions

$200/week includes:

√ Two scheduled phone calls per week (up to 20 minutes each)

√ Up to three text or email support conversations per week

√ Responses within 12 business hours

√ Limited same-day guidance during school hours

Best for families managing ongoing school or behavioral challenges who need more frequent support

Premier Support

For families who need short-term support during periods of high stress or crisis

$300/week includes:

√ Two scheduled phone calls per week (up to 30 minutes each)

√ Up to three text or email support conversations per week

√ Priority same-day response during business hours

√ Crisis-responsive coaching focused on stabilization and planning

√ Priority scheduling for additional paid sessions if needed

Best for families experiencing acute stress, school refusal, PDA profiles, or escalation periods

This level of support is for non-emergencies and is typically recommended for short-term use.

Review and Adjustment

Support levels are reviewed every 4-8 weeks to ensure families are receiving the appropriate level of care. Adjustments may be recommended based on needs and usage patterns.

Boundaries and Safety

The Parent Concierge Support Program is not a replacement for therapy, evaluations, or emergency services. Emergency situations should always be directed to 911 or local crisis resources.

Clear boundaries allow us to remain reliable, responsive, and fully present within the support we provide.
